ACCESS NEEDS: We actively welcome people with access needs
GENERAL ACCESS: We train our staff in disability awareness, We have at least one regulation accessible parking space.
COMMUNICATION: We welcome and assist people who have challenges with learning, communication, understanding and behaviour – includes people with autism, intellectual disability, acquired brain injury (ABI), dyslexia and dementia, and English as a second language
VISION & HEARING: We cater for people who are blind or have vision loss, We cater for people who are deaf or have hearing loss *large print menus and large display cabinets
PHYSICAL – MOBILITY / WHEELCHAIR / HIGH SUPPORT NEEDS: We cater for people with sufficient mobility to climb a few steps but who would benefit from fixtures to aid balance (this includes people using walking frames and mobility aids), We cater for people who use a wheelchair, We cater for people with high support needs and who travel with a support person *We are located inside Coffs Central. So there is a lift, extra wide doorways, ramps, wheelchair bathrooms, parking.
