Dorrigo National Park

Dorrigo National Park

Less than an hour’s drive from Coffs Harbour, Dorrigo National Park, sits high on the Dorrigo Plateau. It is a nature lover’s paradise with breathtaking views, native birds flitting about the canopy, and a wildly diverse range of sub-tropical vegetation.

Located in World Heritage-listed Gondwana Rainforests, the park provides the setting for a perfect outdoor adventure. Whether you’re looking for a great spot for a BBQ lunch, a light stroll or roll (some walks are wheelchair accessible) above the rainforest canopy, or an escapade through the forests to a magnificent waterfall, Dorrigo National Park is sure to impress.

Once you turn off the highway the adventure begins. The journey to Dorrigo National Park takes you through the funky little town of Bellingen, winding up the Waterfall Way road with its spectacular views, to the fertile, rolling hills of the Dorrigo Plateau. When you arrive at the National Park you will discover the Rainforest Centre and the ever-popular Skywalk suspended over the rainforest.  Below, walking trails await to take you on your bush adventure.

The Rainforest Centre has a gift shop, learning centre, cafe, picnic area and amenities.
