ACCESS NEEDS: We actively welcome people with access needs
GENERAL ACCESS: We offer multiple options for booking eg web, email, phone
We train our staff in disability awareness, We have at least one regulation accessible parking space
COMMUNICATION: We welcome and assist people who have challenges with learning, communication, understanding and behaviour – includes people with autism, intellectual disability, acquired brain injury (ABI), dyslexia and dementia, and English as a second language
PHYSICAL – MOBILITY / WHEELCHAIR / HIGH SUPPORT NEEDS:We cater for people with sufficient mobility to climb a few steps but who would benefit from fixtures to aid balance (this includes people using walking frames and mobility aids)

We cater for people with high support needs and who travel with a support person *Ramp from carpark to venue with lift to the first floor. Disabled toilets. Ramp and extra wide doorway to restaurant areas.
FOOD ALLERGIES AND INTOLERANCES: We cater for people with food allergies and intolerances. We cater for every type of dietary requirement including: gluten free, coeliac, lactose free, dairy free, vegan, mamalarian. We take requests for any type of dietary needs and our chefs are always able to accommodate if they can.
