ACCESS NEEDS:  We actively welcome people with access needs.

GENERAL ACCESS:  We offer multiple options for booking eg web, email, phone
We train our staff in disability awareness
We have at least one regulation accessible parking space
We have accessibility information and photos.

COMMUNICATION:  We welcome and assist people who have challenges with learning, communication, understanding and behaviour – includes people with autism, intellectual disability, acquired brain injury (ABI), dyslexia and dementia, and English as a second language.

VISION & HEARING:  We cater for people who are blind or have vision loss
We cater for people who are deaf or have hearing loss. *Large signs outlining rules, pricing and menus at each attraction.
*Amenities have braille on the doors and pavers and marker mats at all stairs.

PHYSICAL – MOBILITY / WHEELCHAIR / HIGH SUPPORT NEEDS: We cater for people with sufficient mobility to climb a few steps but who would benefit from fixtures to aid balance (this includes people using walking frames and mobility aids)
We cater for people who use a wheelchair
We cater for people with high support needs and who travel with a support person *All attractions are wheelchair friendly and accessible.
*Amenities are accessible for wheelchairs
*Ramps, wide doorways & handrails are provided where necessary
*Companion cards are accepted for carers of high support individuals (see staff at our main ticket office)
