Orara East State Forest

Orara East State Forest is home to the eco-tourism accredited Bruxner Park Flora Reserve and a collection of stunning Rainforest Walks. The walks lead you through the wonder of a subtropical rainforest. Look for giant strangler figs, listen for the songs of the many fruit doves and if you're lucky, catch a glimpse of a bower bird. Tracks are maintained and sign-posted, and some sections include short, steep hills and a varying amount of steps. Some bushwalking experience is recommended. All walking tracks showcase beautiful rainforest flora and fauna. Access the Rainforest Walks from the carpark at The Gap (intersection of Sealy Lookout Drive and Bruxner Park Road).

Did you know dogs are welcome in all State Forests across Coffs Coast but must be in your control at all times in leash free areas.
