ACCESS NEEDS: We actively welcome people with access needs
GENERAL ACCESS: We offer multiple options for booking eg web, email, phone
We train our staff in disability awareness
We have at least one regulation accessible parking space
COMMUNICATION: We welcome and assist people who have challenges with learning, communication, understanding and behaviour – includes people with autism, intellectual disability, acquired brain injury (ABI), dyslexia and dementia, and English as a second language
PHYSICAL – MOBILITY / WHEELCHAIR / HIGH SUPPORT NEEDS: We cater for people with sufficient mobility to climb a few steps but who would benefit from fixtures to aid balance (this includes people using walking frames and mobility aids)
We cater for people who use a wheelchair
We cater for people with high support needs and who travel with a support person * The Rainforest Centre, Skywalk and Walk with the Birds are accessible for people who use a wheelchair.
*We also provide (booking required) a basic wheelchair and all-terrain Trailrider wheelchair
FOOD ALLERGIES AND INTOLERANCES: We cater for people with food allergies and intolerances *The Canopy Café caters for gluten free, lactose free.
