The Golden Dog Hotel is steeped in history and is a wonderful welcoming place to pull up a stool and sink a cold beer. We warmly welcome visitors and you will almost always be guaranteed a bit of a yarn with one of our locals.
Open 7 days from 11am it’s the perfect place to stop for a beer and bite on your way north or south on the Orara Way, or Sunday lunch and a drive in the country.
The bistro is open every day from 12pm to 2pm with an extensive selection of items on the menu and special requests are always welcome. For evenings, the bistro is open from 6pm to 8pm, Thursday to Sunday, with a special Pizza only night on Wednesdays.
There are numerous events running daily, weekly and monthly including a darts competition, pool comp, footy tipping comp, meat raffles and regular live music from local talent. Check out the Facebook page for the latest events and info.
