This popular coastal village is named after the stunning red rock formations at the mouth and headland of the estuary. The village is located at the mouth of Corindi River and just south of the Yuraygir National Park with pristine waterways. The river is ideal for aquatic activities exploring the river including swimming, boating and kayaking. Popular activities include floating down the river, exploring the island at low tide and coastal walks.
