The Australian Marine Conservation Society invites you to a night of short films, talks and discussions about our beautiful oceans, coastlines and marine life in New South Wales.
The night will feature a series of short films, including stories from Batemans, Cape Byron and Jervis Bay marine parks as well as Sydney’s Cabbage Tree Bay.
Between the films, we’ll take short breaks to hear from locals and experts about what coastal communities across NSW can do to make sure our oceans are protected for generations to come. We’ll finish up with a quick Q&A with the panel of presenters. Some light catering will also be available, because what’s a movie night without a couple snacks?
Throughout the screenings, there will be plenty of opportunities to learn about how you can get more involved in ocean conservation in NSW no matter what your background is. This is an evening for anyone and everyone who loves NSW’ oceans and wants to help protect them.
The event is open to all ages. Please get in touch if you require any accessibility assistance so we can make the event as easy to attend as we can.
RSVP for your free ticket today as we are expecting a full house.
This event will be hosted in collaboration with the National Parks Association NSW and the NSW Marine Sanctuary Alliance.
