‘Ocean of Self – Forty Years of Ocean Exploration’
Join Mark Spencer as he takes you on a voyage of ocean exploration and discovery. Mark is an acclaimed deepwater diver and photographer. His photographs – sometimes of rarely seen shipwrecks hidden in the deep – have been featured in publications such as National Geographic and Australian Geographic. Mark will discuss a variety of experiences, from exploring the wreck of the “Keilawarra” to very memorable experiences with marine megafauna. He will finish off the evening by sharing some personal reflections on the impact those experiences have had on how he views life, with a reference to his book “Ocean of Self” (www.oceanofself.com.au).
No bookings are required, and the event is free-of-charge.
