The burrata, once made will be enjoyed with crusty bread, tomatoes and basil when in season and served with a complimentary glass of bubbles.
Then you will create cultured butter made from fresh cream. Some on the butter you will flavour with either garlic, chives or other herbs from the garden, or a little truffle when available or in season.
After you have created the delicious burrata you will have time to relax and enjoy your bubbles and cheese.
