Bellinger Valley & Dorrigo Plateau

Situated a short drive south of Coffs Harbour is the stunning Bellinger Valley.

Following the banks of the Bellinger the route takes you up the Water Fall Way to the vibrant town of Bellingen.  From here the road winds its way through lush dairy country before climbing up, what has to be one of the most stunning roads in Australia.  A short drive past Heritage listed Dorrigo National park brings us to the iconic country town of Dorrigo.

This trip is a must for anyone visiting the area.

Bellingen Shire has some wonderful local food experiences including the Growers, Community and Bellopy Organic Markets which offer seasonal organic produce. Visit the local cafes and restaurants to taste the delights of dishes prepared from local regional produce.
